Psychotherapist

Sana Fatima

I am a Counseling Psychologist with over 8 years of experience supporting adults through life's emotional and personal challenges. She holds an MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, a BS (Hons) in Applied Psychology, and is currently a PhD Scholar at Monash University Malaysia.

I provide counseling for a range of concerns, including individual emotional and personal challenges, relationship and marital concerns, communication difficulties, family conflicts, premarital counseling, separation, emotional dependency, self-esteem, stress, and interpersonal difficulties.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, incorporating techniques from CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and narrative therapy, depending on the client’s individual needs and goals.

My aim is to provide a safe, confidential, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients can better understand their emotions, recognize unhelpful patterns, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and develop healthier coping strategies.

I believe counseling is not about labeling people or deciding who is right or wrong. It is about understanding your experiences, gaining clarity, and learning healthier ways to respond to life and relationships.

Whether you are struggling with personal concerns, emotional difficulties, relationships, marriage, family dynamics, or simply feel stuck and need professional guidance, counseling can provide a supportive space to work through these challenges
